-This is the first work to set the tone in terms of style and vision for what is now known as ‘Fin del naufragio’; this piece was one of the first to be recovered from the coast, and also the last to be mounted for this exhibition. Its name, ‘Bullet Hole’, comes from the hole in the upper left side of the figure’s head, which bears the same characteristics as a hole caused by a projectile striking an animal head of this size. -
